The area for B3 Commerz Square is one that is populated with a lot of factories, warehouses, repair shops and many others, pointing to the fact that this is an industrial zone. But just beside the property resides quite the vast recreational centre accompanying the residential units nearby. Hence, it is an area with several types of development which surfaces one concrete fact, the population is huge and the township is a developed one.
The developer Jasmin Villa Development is apparently a subsidiary of PJ Development Holding. Strangely, this property is nowhere to be seen in the property section of PJ Development Holding. Nonetheless, Laman Oakleaf is another development by the same developer, albeit a residential one.
