Neiswender bio:
In her capacity as Community Development Educator with UW Extension, Neiswender works with communities that have made the commitment to become sustainable "eco-municipalities". She also teaches and facilitates learning with groups who are interested in exploring and moving in the direction of sustainability.
Kiehnau bio:
Organic farmer and an employee of CROPP Co-op (Organic Valley). Was a dairy farmer for 27 years, including 10 years as a supplier to Organic Valley. Now cash cropping.

Active organic farmer
Wozniak bio:
As an environmental historian, Wozniak records the history of the conservation movement and environmental policy in the Fox/Wolf Rivers basin. He holds a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in environmental sciences, and is employed as a statistical analyst in the market research field.
Kuhns bio:
Geologist and environmental scientist, Dr. Kuhns currently advises businesses and organizations in all aspects of sustainable development from assessment and design through implementation and evaluation.
Smith bio:
Ph.D. in economics, with emphasis on economic development and agricultural economics, currently teaching courses on Sustainable Development and History of Economic Thought
