Head Contracts
Generally speaking, the Board does not sign any contract with Contractors or Consultants. These contracts are signed by the Property Management company on behalf of OCSCC 725 Corporation. Head Contracts are contracts prepared by the Property Management company on behalf of Sussex Square Corporation and include the contracts proposed or prepared by Consultants or Contractors for services to be rendered at Sussex Square. The Head Contract summarizes the work to be done or the services to be rendered and specifies such things as who the Contract Manager is (usually the Property Manager) and his contact information; the schedule of work; where bills should be sent; what are the hours of work on site; where the Consultant or Contractor can park etc.
