As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Serena Liu currently joined CI in May 2019. In her position, she responds to clients’ requests in a timely manner and carefully processes financial issues with critical thinking. Serena Liu was born in China, and she came to Canada in 2016 for further study. After graduating from Brock University with an MBA degree in 2018, she moved to Ottawa and got her start in the accounting industry. Serena interned as a financial controller assistant for a telecommunication company and then joined a home health company as an accounting coordinator. During her spare time, Serena enjoys reading, writing and cooking

Connor joined us in May 2024. He is on site Monday to Friday. He is a responsible, hardworking young adult looking to further his life path with challenging and reliable work. His work experience includes running the internal mail system at Ingenium Canada, as a team of two to handle all receiving of merchandise and trailers at Billings Bridge Walmart where he was quickly recognized for his drive and leadership skills and promoted to Department Manager.

Profile: I am 31 years old. I have over ten years experience in cleaning and maintenance work at various companies, from residential homes and hotels to an assisted living residence. I was employed at Kelly Funeral Homes & Chapels for four years as a funeral assistant and attendant at two locations in the city. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors in the sun, biking, camping etc. I enjoy local history, anything vintage or retro, photography and have a variety of other interests and hobbies. It’s a pleasure to be at Sussex Square and thank you for having me as part of the team!
