Sussex Square Archive of Construction Drawings

• This archive includes all construction drawings that were transferred to our Corporation by Claridge Homes in 2005. They were scanned to PDF format in 2020. The originals are kept as ‘records’ by our Property Management Company.  

• Note: Several sets of similar drawings can be found in each category (i.e. architecture, mechanical, structural etc.). They were prepared for various purposes such as for approval by the City, As-Built, to show progress, for pricing etc. Please verify the notes on the plans before using or sharing with contractors or other professionals.
