Curried Rice and Lentils

Ingredients:

1 cup long-grained converted rice

1 tablespoon curry powder

3 1/4 cups water

1/4 cup lentils

3 vegetable bouillon cubes

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp pepper

1 med. onion, quartered and thinly sliced

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

Serves 4.
