Ingredients
2 Cut onions
2 Big cut tomatoes
1 Cube of bouillon
1 Cup cooked brown Beans
2 Cups of water
1 Freshly cut twig of celery leaves
1 Whole hot pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
Black pepper
cooked brown rice
Directions
Simmer onions a few minutes.
Add tomatoes, cube of bouillon, black pepper and simmer till thickened. Add the brown beans, the celery leaves, the hot pepper and the water making a tasty broth.
Simmer for about 10 minutes or until the liquid is thickened. Add nutmeg or more black pepper if desired.
Serve over the brown rice.
