Perl & Applescript

On 17 January 2008, I gave a micro-talk to the Atlanta Perl Mongers on Perl & Applescript. The talk is an overview of how Perl & Applescript can be used together to take advantage of their respective strengths. The talk also mentions some approaches to bringing Perl (and other shell scripts) into the Mac's desktop environment. A handout for the talk is available for download in Acrobat (.pdf) format.
