The Providence system has a fairly complicated history and loads of simmering tension. Settled by several groups, it soon saw assassination, persecution, and absolutist ideologies pop up. Overt war was avoided, but the planets have hardened their opinions of each other and several will have nothing to do with each other, officially at least. Surprisingly, the Homeworld navy has a small presence, here: it's disliked by all of the planets and stationing ships in the system has had lots of repercussions in the past, all negative. The fact that such an independently-minded, heavily armed set of planets would be left alone says something about the fact that independence when you're largely alone anyway won't get you anywhere in space. There's nowhere to go. It also says something about the sway that the planets' leaders have, at least locally.
Three stars make up this system in a roughly equilateral triangle about 300-350 AU on a side. The two larger of the stars, Providence and Fortuna, have planets, while the relatively puny Destiny has none. A shuttle makes the long run between the two settled stars.

Providence's planets
Providence 1 - Beck
This planet is known as the weapons hub of the Aiscapo cluster; weapons might be produced in the Aiscapo system itself, but with nowhere near the volume or enthusiasm that is found here. The lax enforcement of weapon registry laws makes this the destination of choice for those who have cash in hand and want big guns for themselves or their vehicles with no questions asked.
Society here is isolationist and individualistic, with homes fairly isolated from each other. Amazingly, despite having virtually no water and a fair amount of money coming into the planet, the idea of large-scale water importation is a no-starter. The paranoia that covers the planet like a blanket means that individuals and corporations ship in their own water. It's inefficient, but they'd rather not be dependent on anyone else if they don't have to be and can afford the extra cost.
Type: Terrestrial
Primary Terrain: Desert (literally no water coverage)
Atmosphere: Breathable
Moons: 1 moonlet
Rings: None
Gravity: 0.8

Providence 2 - Limbaugh
If Beck makes all the weapons you could ever want, Limbaugh makes piles of everything else. Megacorporations run the planet, each having its own territory and specializing in particular types of consumer product. Low production costs, due equally to low pay for labourers and a lack of any environmental regulations, means that the goods that come out of here are cheaper than pretty much anywhere else in the cluster. These factors also mean that social tension is high and the air, land, and water are all heavily polluted. Executives of the various corporations manage to avoid all this by living in the numerous space stations that orbit the planet.
Type: Terrestrial
Primary Terrain: Mixed (60% water coverage)
Atmosphere: Breathable
Moons: none
Rings: None
Gravity: 0.8
-----
Providence 3 - Hannity
Type: Terrestrial
Primary Terrain: Volcanic (40% water coverage)
Atmosphere: Incapable of supporting life
Moons: None
Rings: None
Gravity: 1.6
-----
Providence 4 - Carlson
Carlson is Beck's water source: it's farther away than Limbaugh or Hannity, but the water isn't polluted by human or volcanic activity, making it cheaper to process. There isn't any macroscopic life on Carlson other than the people who work the water plants, and although the atmosphere is breathable, the oxygen content is on the low side.
Type: Terrestrial
Primary terrain: Water (90% water coverage)
Atmosphere: Breatheable
Moons: 2 moonlets
Rings: None
Gravity: 1.3

Providence 5 - Ingraham
Type: Dwarf planet
Primary Terrain: Desert
Atmosphere: Toxic
Moons: None
Rings: None
Gravity: 0.41

Jump gate Martin
There is a lot of traffic here, what with all the goods shipping out of the system and the hydrogen coming in.
-----
Providence 6 - Prager
Prager is the only source of hydrogen in the system, and without it settlement is unlikely to have occurred here. Unfortunately, after settlement and exploitation began in earnest a rogue moon, sailing through space, collided with the largest of Prager's moons, which was itself the size of a small planet. That was in EY214, but it's still causing all sorts of problems. Debris from the collision is only an occasional hazard when flying anywhere around Providence, but trying to harvest hydrogen from Prager has stopped entirely. Chunks of moon destroyed the space stations that were parked around the planet, and the huge number of unmappable objects hurtling about the giant make scooping by ships too dangerous. Even those vehicles who survive the lethal hail often fall victim to the terrible lightning storms that the dust in Prager's upper atmosphere produces. All this means that Providence is the only system in all of Homeworld's clusters that must import hydrogen.
Type: Ice Giant
Atmosphere: Incapable of supporting life
Moons: 2 moonlets, 3 moons, 3 captured asteroids
Rings: none
Gravity: 1.4

Providence 7 - Coulter
Far enough from its sun to be chilly, Coulter is nonetheless largely covered with lichen-like plant life that makes for a stable if unexciting food source and which produces oxygen. Although the planet didn't originally evolve animal life, a few species of large mammals have been imported. People who gravitate here are religious types who have decided to eschew most technology and live simple lives. The planet is covered with churches of various types and most people live secluded lives using backwards technology.
Type: Terrestrial
Primary Terrain: Jungle (30% water coverage)
Atmosphere: Breatheable
Moons: None
Rings: None
Gravity: 0.7

Fortuna's Planets
Fortuna 1 - Krugman
Type: Dwarf planet
Atmosphere: None
Moons: None
Rings: None
Gravity: 0.1
-----
Fortuna 2 - Huffington
Type: Terrestrial
Primary Terrain: Volcanic (no water coverage)
Atmosphere: Toxic
Moons: 1 moonlet
Rings: None
Gravity: 0.7

Fortuna 3 - Franken
Franken is the largest asteroid in the asteroid belt between Huffington and Olberman. It's been hollowed out and is inhabited by what many see as a large cult, though society here is secretive enough that not many details are known for sure. That hasn't stopped rumours, of course.
Type: Artificial
Type: Hollowed-out asteroid
Atmosphere: Breathable
Moons: None
Rings: None
Gravity: 0.09

Fortuna 4 - Olberman
This is the most highly developed ecosystem in the system, and arguably the cluster. The diversity of life on this planet rivals that of Homeworld, and creatures far larger than humans roam the land and swim in the oceans. Olberman may have a decent human population, but you'd be hard pressed to find any traces of humans on most of the surface. Everything here resolves around harmony with nature, and great efforts are taken to prevent the natural ecology from being affected. This comes largely from an incredibly polluted section of the planet, a reminder of what unchecked industry can do. Attempts to clean up The Blight, as it's called, have been slow.

Primary Terrain: Mixed (70% water coverage)
Atmosphere: Breathable
Moons: 2 moons
Rings: None
