The Joy of Paper Towels
When cleaning countertops, use paper towels with a spray cleaner (we like Windex Antibacterial and Lysol Antibacterial Kitchen Cleanser). There's just something about using a paper towel to clean - you can quit when the towel is used up, or you can get another towel and keep going. No commitment!
Dishwasher
If you don't have one, start a dishwasher fund NOW. You will thank yourself later. Dishwashers are not a luxury; they definitely qualify as a necessity. Don't waste your money on a bottom-of-the-line one either; make sure that you get one with a dirt sensor and a garbage disposal built in. These features make it possible to do your dishes without pre-rinsing!
Bathrooms
The Disposable Wipe - A Glorious Miracle of Science
Clean bathrooms with disposable wipes. "Dispose after using" is a good general rule for anything you use to clean the toilet anyway! You might even clean them more often if you use these disposable wipes.
Sinks and Showers
Spray your shower with a daily shower spray - you can also use this spray on your bathroom sinks after using them each day.
