Do-Ahead French Toast

Quick breakfast recipe:

Do Ahead Fast French Toast!

Can be refrigerated/frozen and reheated in the toaster or microwave as needed!

10 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla or vanilla extract

1/2 c. milk

1 loaf of bread (I use whole wheat because it’s healthier.)

Cooking oil spray

Mix up eggs, vanilla and milk. Dip bread in egg mixture. Cook each piece over medium heat until browned.

Tip: The longer it soaks in the eggs, the more custard-like the toast is when you are done, and the fewer pieces you can get from the batter.

Serve immediately with butter and syrup, or let cool, then refrigerate/freeze.
