We're used to bad mornings. Mornings when you can't move, or when
serious damage occurs when you do move. So WHY do we continue to get
ready in the morning?
"I cook breakfast at night," says Ginger. "It's true, and there are a
lot fewer eggs on the floor."
Cook breakfast at night? Well - it may sound silly, but it works!
While we're at it, let's make lunch at night too! See Ginger's routine
at the end of this article (not kidding about the lunch).

Unfortunately, a good morning starts the night before. Here are some
suggestions to prevent morning chaos:
* Set an alarm for 30-60 minutes before you plan to get ready for bed,
so you have time to do a few things for the next morning.
What to do? Here's a list of things that might be helpful.
Check your schedule for the next day.
Pack lunches and/or make breakfast.
Find items that need to go with you the next day: books, papers, outgoing mail, shopping list, keys/wallet/handbag, things needed to run errands. Fill out deposit slips.
Run the dishwasher.
Select clothing for tomorrow.

Ginger's routine for making breakfast and lunch at night:
Start by making egg muffins:
Cook eggs with yolks broken.
Toast english muffins.
While the eggs and muffins are cooling, make a ham & cheese sandwich for the next day.
After making the sandwich, put ham & cheese on the egg muffins.
Wrap cooled eggs muffins in wax paper and refrigerate.
The wax paper can go into the microwave with the egg muffin. Use the
wax paper instead of a plate - it's great!
