Thursday 12th November was our eighth meeting using Zoom

The meeting included:

• Presentation on the accuracy of memorial inscriptions and links to free Australian and Canadian websites for war records

• Infromthecold website (www.infromthecold.org) which aims to identify casualties missing from the Commonwealth War Graves records

• Details of WWI memorials to the men of Chaddesden added to www.chaddesdenhistorygroup.co.uk by Jean

• Case study on the changes of names of children in official records

• Difficulties in finding overgrown family graves and their renovation.

• Review of content of new website
