HOBBIES: Don’t have time for much besides the WWBA because of all of the lines of work

FAVORITE BASEBALL TEAM & WHY: Was a Cardinals fan until Tony Larussa ran off Ozzie Smith in 1996, since then I just jump from bandwagon to bandwagon.

FAVORITE BASEBALL PLAYER & WHY: Ozzie Smith, I’ve always loved defensive wizardry more than the homeruns

FAVORITE BASEBALL MEMORY: Too many to count; I met Delino DeShields when he played minor league ball in my home town, I attended Randy Johnson’s 4000 strike out game, the many games I’ve attended with my father, the many games I’ve attended with my WWBA brethren one on one and in small and large groups, I went to my first ever playoff game in 2019 with Pacifica Whalers GM, Brandon Nagy.

1ST MLB GAME YOU ATTENDED & WHEN: As a kid I only ever attended minor league games. My first major league game I was already in my 20s it was at the Astro Dome whatever year was the final season, they played the Expos

HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE WWBA? I met Guildford Gulls GM, Don MacAlister, at a spring training game in Surprise, Arizona

WHAT OTHER LEAGUES DO YOU PLAY IN: Over the years I have been in and out of various leagues, all baseball. I got down to only the WWBA for probably the last decade because I had so much on my plate but during the Covid pandemic I joined the Rosenblatt Association, a baseball league that uses the Action Baseball Game instead of Diamond Mind.

WHAT YOU LIKE /DISLIKE ABOUT DMB: Dislike the fact that it was sold to Imagine Sports; everything that has happened since has been to the detriment of our hobby.

OTHER PRO SPORTS YOU ENJOY WATCHING: Again, because of my busy life I had given up following all sports but baseball until Vegas got a hockey team. I’m still not die hard fan but I catch them on tv anytime I can.
