Reflection: My peer observation cycle – round 2…..
We were deeper into the semester….I had now observed the peers in my learning set, so this time around I was much more comfortable. Also the format of the class was a workshop and required: a) transfer of applied knowledge of the topic of the workshop and b) was activity oriented which required facilitation of activity and learning. Also I think was getting used to being observed!
I had re-read Biggs and Ramsden and added Race to my repertoire and I was already breaking the mould as far as classroom interaction with my class was concerned!
As the videos used by me for my classroom interactions are very heavy files, I am appending the URL for anyone who is interested in viewing the same.
