In addition to classroom teaching and learning, faculty at Pearl Academy of Fashion are expected to carry out additional teaching and learning support activities that include course management, module leadership, project supervision, tutorials and other activities that facilitate a comprehensive learning experience for the student community. Given below are the support responsibilities I have been responsible for, in the course of the duration of the Academic years 2010 – 2011 and 2011- 2012.

· Team leader for Selection of cohort during the admission process
· Briefing and induction of new students
· Mentoring of cohorts progressing into the next level of study
· Planning the execution of the programme for each semester
· Chairing teaching team pre-semester coordination meetings
· Working closely with the course coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of the programme
· Working closely with the Department Head of Business & Technology to ensure faculty and resource allocations for the delivery of various modules in the programme
· Mentoring and counseling faculty teaching on the programme
· Organizing regular industry interface for the cohort at various level of their study
· Documenting programme delivery process
· Administering assessments and evaluations and their correct documentation
· Facilitating with the corporate cell internship and placements for the cohorts
· Interacting and liaising with the External examiners/Academic Advisor on the delivery of the programme and the cohort results
· Participating in the Bi-annual Academic Board meetings for curriculum development and evaluation
