56. Memorial Stadium

Built in 1947, Memorial Stadium was leased from the Seattle School District for the fair. Various stunt shows including a water sports show, circus acts and firefighting demonstrations took place here.

Since the fair, it has gone back to use for school football games and occasional concert events such as Bumbershoot.
