Where does knowledge reside? In the head. How do people learn? Listening learners heard their mother, believed the information, and never touched a stove. Seeing learners watched their brother touch the stove, and never touched it. Experience learners touched the stove; but only once
Cognitivism: The study of the human mind. A theory which attempts to answer how and why people learn by attributting the process to cognitive activity. This theory followed the behaviorist school of thought. The cognitives' quarrel with the behaviorists was that their focus on observable behavior did not account for what was going on in the mind.
Constructivism: is a theory of learning and an approach to education that lays emphasis on the ways that people create meaning of the world through a series of individual constructs
Connectivism: is a theory of learning based on the premise that knowledge exists in the world rather than in the head of an individual.
What is the link to new media and new media strategies? Getting connected with many people around the world. Knowing who they are. Able to learn from the experts.

LINO IT - Is a web-based alternative to desktop sticky notes software. There are plenty of things you can do with it: store and organize sticky notes, collaborate on notes with others, set due dates and so on. Basically, it’s a sticky notes application for groups. One of the other noteworthy features is the ability to organize notes into different noteboards (canvases). For instance, you can keep work-related and personal notes in separate noteboards. Or use a new canvas to create a shared picture gallery with friends and family.
