Now this has been a real battle, not only cutting the glass but figuring out how to secure the fixed quarter light and then make the sliding window slide.

I've effectively made a double H form out of plastic strips where the bottom of the H fits over the main section of the window, the upper front of the H has the fixed quarter light and the upper rear of the H has the sliding window.

In this view I'm still testing the theory.
