Producing the Casts

Looks quite messy but it pays to mix enough resin to produce many casts without wasting too much. The first lamp holders, seat squabs and controller have been produced. Once again the technique is to have an exact mix ratio of resin to hardner with an addition of chalk dust to bulk out the resin and also make it less opaque.

A few trial runs led me to the best mix. Seemed to work. Only many many more castings to go.
