The product of a master model engineer at work. Leo's M&T Swing Link bogie in miniature. The axles can move laterally. The axles are sprung vertically. The bolster stop (is that the correct term) is also sprung (yep that box on top of the bogie is sprung). The detail is incredible. However (and this is the reason for the string), if you lift the tram by the body, you are likely to find you'll lose one of the boster boxes. Not good. The trick then is to NOT lift the car by the body.
