However I only have the brass and perspex formers for one side.  Yet another challenge this time to make these formers for the left hand pair. This time I took a piece of brass, heated it with a blow torch (anneling it I think) and bent it to shape to fit the hole. This also required cutting and filing before it fitted but it does.  I will also use this former to make the thick perspex second former before making the actual window.
