So we came to the vertical beading. At this stage and after consultation with Roy and various pictures, it looks like the first horizontal beading covered in the previous pictures, wasn't actually beading at all. It appears that Glasgow may simply have painted a black line to simulate beading. It also appears that the horizontal beading isn't continuous. It looks like the verticals are continuous and break the horizontals into smaller sections. So having secured the first horizontal beading, I had to start taking small sections out to allow the verticals to work. This is the end result.
