small non-coding RNA Analysis (microRNAs, siRNAs)

In this part of the course we will describe methods for dealing with microRNAs and siRNAs. We will also describe some of the resources available for small RNA analysis in Animals and for the prediction of regulatory targets of miRNAs and off-targets of siRNAs.
