Video Shooting and Editing

I have always had an interest in video, from watching TV shows and movies, and due to happy circumstance, I am able to put into action my interest. I have won a national and local awards for my videos. I keep making better videos.

Less than one mile from my home, and about one mile from Century College is the Suburban Community Channels (SCC). Suburban Community Channels was organized to coordinate and provide community television programming to the Ramsey/Washington cable television system. They have next to nothing classes and once you take the classes, you can check out expensive equipment and use their software/hardware to produce your videos.

Because I have this training and experience, I have shot and edited several videos for the college. These videos guide, instruct and edify. One video has more than 3000 views.

I have my own channel on YouTube and started one for Century College. Many of my other videos are hosted at the GPS LifePlan Online Workshops (disclaimer - not all of these are mine!), and a Showcase video is hosted at eFolioMN Showcase.

For example how much I can do is when, on three weeks notice (or less), I interviewed 13 members of Century College and edited more than 93 minutes of interview into a seven minute presentation. This video was the kickoff event at a staff and faculty event for the college.

These are some of my favorite videos.
