Long and short range projects

For example, right now, I am working on keeping Facebook up-to-date and adding new features and am also working on a rather large project to add a new secondary version of the GPS LifePlan (Goals Plans=Success) to the Internet.

Other long-range projects I am working on include helping the different departments at Century include eFolio capstones and adding 4000 more fans to the Facebook. Some short and medium projects include 're-doing' the GPS LifePlan into a high school version (a BIG project, but it needs to be done quickly); moving the PowerPoint presentations on eFolio issues and problems I've written, edited and produced to online presentations (Breeze); contact the incoming Century College student senate president and increase eFolio and clubs; and arrange to tape the Welcome to Century clinics.

I have the ability to take on huge projects and make them happen. For example, West Publishing wanted to take on Martindale Hubbel - the directory bible of lawyers and law firms. West did not have a directory when I started. With the team I built, we were able to add hundreds of thousands of accurate addresses of lawyers and law firms to the directory. This benefited West in a couple of ways - it had the accurate type of law lawyers practiced, so could market 'appropriate' books - and it seems minor, but send the marketing material to the right address. West still uses this product.

Another extremely complicated and large project I successfully completed was the collection, organization, and indexing of all of the Commissioner's Opinions regarding Data Privacy. This Reporter was well over 1000 pages and included 100's of Opinions.

When I worked as a law clerk of the Minnesota Secretary of State, we had a collection of unclaimed property - all filed by county. I took information on thousands of individuals from 87 counties and made them into one state-wide database of information.
