Stand up paddling is ancient form of water travel and has many sides from open ocean and river racing ,surfing ,river running along with getting your heart & soul worked in lakes smooth and cool or battling windy white capped weather days .The much word on the beach is get that boat out the way from many surfers always two sides to that for in the river a different story . Stand up paddling is taking off as a great way to surf the river. Many kayak boaters and river surfers are and even Yoga instructors are switching it into their quivers of boats and boards & ZEN .
RIVER S.U.P.
For as many know the extra bonus paddling is you get the speeder you need all ready in position to move about the wave what you can get into are smaller river waves river surfboards can not surf yet as to board design and flotation .So 4 inches to 3feet the surf is on in 12 inches of water even on the river .Higher flows offer a wild roller coaster ride on any river hold on if you canyon creaking SUP is like miss the rocks pinball game but worth every stoke and bang or just plain surfing the river waves as long as you can .

It has become a new form of Zen in the lakes from ,yoga instructors ,physical trainers , surfers average people, kids ,dogs and just about anyone looking for that new addition to health or a reason just to get outdoors .That boring fishing lake will never be the same the water's on this planet are great let the paddle be your guide.
