UK Report skeptical of benefits of cycling infrastructure

We have added to our reference material folder a review of published research on the affect of infrastructure on the causation and reduction of injuries to cyclists. It was carried out by the UK Transportation Research Laboratory. Infrastructure and Cyclist Safety, December 2010.
