December 15, 2025: Form Submission Deadline for projects requiring Forms 3, 4, 5, and 6
January 15, 2026: Form Submission Deadline for all other projects
Friday, February 13, 2026: Hard deadline for project approval.
Friday, February 13, 2026: Deadline for schools with more than 10 projects to select the projects that will compute in Region IV. Deadline for all schools to submit electricity requests.
Friday, February 27, 2026 at 11:59pm: Deadline to upload research paper on Region IV zFairs site and to add your abstract into the Entry tab of your Profile on zFairs. After this date & time, students can no longer edit their projects on zFairs.
Saturday, March 14, 2026: MA Region 4 High School Science & Engineering Fair at Tufts University: Bring your display board, hard copy of research paper, hard copy of research notebook. You may also bring any other materials to explain or demonstrate your project if applicable.
Please bring a water bottle and a snack for the morning. You will be judged three times during the 9:00am-12:00pm judging session.

May 9-15, 2026: International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) - Phoenix, AZ
