2019 Winners
Congratulations to all the participants in the 2019 Region IV Science Fair. The top participants win prizes, and the top 42 students move on to the State Science and Engineering Fair at MIT in May. The top project moves on to the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in Phoenix, while the 2nd Place project is entered into a runoff against other regions to compete for an all expenses paid trip and entry in the International Science and Engineering Fair. This year's First place winner was Elizabeth Ding from Lexington High School with her project entitled Ultrasensitive detection of early cancer by ctDNA Sequencing with UMIs.
Second Place was awarded to Albert Farah from Medford High School with his project: Modeling Mass Flow Distribution in a Multistage Rocket Concept Design.
