The Quebec Women's Institutes raises funds from generous members and the public through craft and bake sales, events, and donations. We are currently raising funds for the following:

The QWI Cairn
 Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards
 Leave a Legacy
Fundraising Goal: Fund for future needs

The fence around the QWI cairn property became tattered and was replaced by a wrought iron fence.

This greatly improved and protects the overall cairn site.

Fundraising Goal: ongoing to provide annually

The QWI supports scholarships, bursaries and prizes to students from elementary to university level.

Recipients typically are involved in farming and agriculture. Writing contests usually are around themes that illustrate our motto, "For Home and Country."

See the Scholarships and Bursaries tab on the top menu for more information.
Have you ever thought about leaving a legacy gift to the QWI in your will?

Legacy gifts allow the QWI to develop and launch special projects and new scholarships, help families and communities in need, and help secure our future.

Talk to your financial advisor or notary to find out how easy it is to leave a legacy "For Home and Country."
