The meeting on Thursday the 22nd will be held at the wood county public library at 7pm. The meeting on Sunday January 25th will be held at the BG Covenant Church Gym at 7pm. These two meetings are intended to give everyone a chance to ask questions and provide feedback on the letter and ballot that was recently mailed.
The meeting on Sunday February 8th will be held at the wood county public library at 3pm. This is a change from what was in the letter. The library closes at 5pm so we had to move the meeting time up. This meeting is to announce the results from the ballot to approve the election by-laws and to discuss the next steps in the process.
