2023 Dues Update

Dues are holding steady this year at $80.   

Starting sometime in 2023 we will be adding a $1 surcharge to online payments to help offset the PayPal/CreditCard fees (which average $3.28 per $80 charged).   You can avoid this charge by paying with a check.    Many banks offer a free online bill pay option as well.   

No major unexpected expenses occurred this year which helps.    Looking at the 5-10 year future we should plan on replacing a significant portion of the fences around the two retention ponds on Haskins rd.   This will easily run $10,000 or more per pond.    Improving the access to the pump station on Finch and the northern station on Haskins rd is also on the "wish list" of improvements.   This can easily run $5000 per station.    Luckily none of this is mission critical allowing the expense to be spread out over time.
