2025 Dues Update

Dear Neighbors,

Here is an update on the last year and a look forward to the coming year:

Stormwater Pumps - This year we saw another major repair at the Haskins South pump, with the entire control panel being replaced.   We anticipate this being in the $15,000 range though the bill has not been finalized.  

Fence Repairs - We were able to find a contractor willing to replace the worst portion of the fence around the Haskins North pond at a reasonable price.   We will contiue to try and make much needed fence repairs in the most cost efffective way we can find.   As mentioned previously, reaching out to area non-profits willing to do fence work as a fund raiser is one possibility.  

Dues - For the 2025 calendar year, the dues will remain at $85 a year.   We do however expect a small increase in dues for the 2026 calendar year.
