Conveying of Pelletised Material

This system takes pelletised material direct from the pelletiser, and conveys it to a pair of storage silos. It had previously only fed a bagging station. The result is that considerably longer runs are possible without the need for labour to monitor the situation all the time. Material from the silos is then fed back to a new bagging station at a much higher rate. Consequently, the whole process has become less labour-intensive.

There is talk that the system may be extended so that road tankers can be filled directly from the silos.
