We originally designed the control for this Mixing Plant in 1994. The PLC was a Mitsubishi A1S, and the graphics were A-MING.
We had upgraded the graphics to MX4 before the plant was mothballed in around 2005.
The plant was now being moved to a different company within the group .
The control system needed to be completely replaced.

Manufacture of the Main Control Panel
Main Panel laid out. Waiting for large inverter
Inverter now arrived and fitted. Busbars fitted.
PLC rack wired
Large power cables wired.
Most of the wiring within the panel is complete.
First door c/w cooling fan and filter fitted.
Wiring nearly complete, trunking lids on, doors hung. Not much more to do now.
Cooling fans fitted & wired. Doors on.
