105學年度住宿生座談會 重要通知
一、主 旨：依據《中國文化大學學生宿舍管理規則》第八條、《中國文化大
學學生宿舍自治委員會組織章程》第十二條、《中國文化大學學
生宿舍生活公約》第十八條辦理。
二、會議時間：中華民國105年10月12日（三）下午6時00分
三、會議地點：大孝館2樓籃球場
四、參加對象：各住宿生寢室代表（每寢至少須一位出席）
五、主辦單位：學生宿舍自治委員會
六、出席單位：生活輔導組、國際合作組、大陸文教處、事務組、營繕組、
保管組、網路通訊組、軍訓室
七、指導單位：學生事務處生活輔導組
注意事項：
一、請各寢室派一名代表出席，若寢室無人出席或早退，將依《中
國文化大學學生宿舍生活公約》扣點。
未事先請假經核准者，每次扣3點；有事先請假經核准者，每
次扣1點；有出席但中途外出未歸者，每次扣2點。
二、若寢室無人可以出席，則該寢住宿生皆須辦理請假手續。
三、欲辦理請假者，須於10月11日(二)前至各館輔導員室領取假
單、辦理請假，並完成所有請假手續。
四、會議開始20分鐘(19：00)後，不接受補點名。
五、會議流程
Notice of Meeting
2016 The Boarder’s Colloquium
Meeting time：Wednesday, 12 October 2016, at 6:00 p.m.-8:00p.m.
Meeting place：Da Xiao Building,second floor basketball court
Note：
1. Each room should assign at least one person to attend the meeting. If your room no one attends the meeting, based on “PCCU Student Dormitory Regulation”, your point will be deducted.Those who are unable to attend the meeting are required to take the leave formalities before October 11.
2. If all the members in your room couldn’t attend the meeting, all the members should request for leave for personal reasons.
3. Everyone who need to request for leave should go to the dorm office to get the leave application and finish all the steps to request for leave before Tuesday, October 11th.
4. After the meeting starts 20 minutes (which means after 19:00), we will stop doing the roll call.

Article 18
3 points will be deducted if absent from the boarder’s colloquium without previous permission, 1 if with permission, 2 if leaving in the middle of the colloquium without return.
