European examples of refund of the "microsoft tax" (I.e. when it is impossible for you to order a specific type of computer without getting MS Windows with in the package)

In Denmark some of the cheapest computers (lowest specifications), also laptops, can be bought without Windows (with Linux instead). If you want high resolution displays, fast CPU and/or GPU og more robust models, it gets very hard to find hardware that is sold without Windows!
There are probably many more examples that I do not know of. Perhaps also newer.
