More Tweaks

Due to information gleaned from the Savage Worlds Opposed Roll Probabilities sheet I made, edges based on opposed rolls were tweaked slightly to be more effective/optimal:

• Acrobat goes back to normal requirements (Agility d8+, Strength d6+)
• Fool You Twice has easier requirements (Smarts d8+)
• I Laugh At You and Is That The Best You've Got? no longer have a -2 penalty
• Try and Catch Me no longer has a -2 penalty, and Catch Me If You Can has a reduced -1 penalty instead of -2
• Forbidding Presence and Motor Mouth have a reduced -1 penalty
• Silver Tongue is reduced to Novice level

Natural Caster's wording was tweaked so that it reduces penalties rather than gives a bonus. Effectively the same concept, but Simple Telekinesis doesn't get a +1 bonus, and if a unicorn preps a spell and if the inherent spell normally only has a -2 spellcasting penalty anyway the unicorn doesn't automatically get a +1 to cast the spell. That doesn't make any sense.
