Leadership clarification and Pandabear

1. Made a distinction on Leadership skill during combat and outside of combat.
   • During combat, the Leadership skill can be used to inspire and give +1 bonuses once per round
   • Outside of combat, the Leadership skill can be used to inspire and give +1 bonuses once per session
   • "Healing" Leadership can be done multiple times, other than being limited by only one attempt per Leader on a mental Wound
2. Added in stats for a Bugbear after episode 100!
