Divisibility, GCDs, and related ideas in Number Theory 

Number Theory provides us with a nice opportunity to think deeply about simple things. In this problem solving session, we’ll discuss divisors and the greatest common divisor (GCD) of two integers, and we’ll explore the types of questions that can be asked about them and what kinds of interesting problems they can be used to solve. 

We validate campus parking and provide dinner, and participants earn CPE hours (TEA approved) for this workshop.

Free parking is provided in the Speedway Garage (SWG). Enter the garage on Speedway, between Dean Keaton and 27th Street. Pull a ticket when you enter the garage. We will give participants cards to exit. (If there is a campus event using the Speedway Garage, park next-door in the 27th Street Garage.)
