Minstrels are given three stances that they select and it changes your outgoing damage - and your outgoing healing. Which stance you take can mean the difference for you - make sure you are in the correct stance before starting anything, but if you forget you can change mid-combat.

Dissonance

This is the stance you choose for increasing your damage output by 25%. This is great for solo - and also restricts all heals to yourself. So no sharing!

Melody

This stance is a "Meet in the Middle" sort of stance. It increases your damage by 15%, but it also increases your heals by 5%.

Resonance

This stance is all heals. It increases your healing by 10%. So if you plan on healing any groups - pick this one.
