Any minstrel worth their salt is going to have three legendary items at least. You will need a First Age Weapon, Book and a "swappy" Book. I'll list the legacies you will need to have for healing on all three. If you do any sort of solo play as well as healing then you'll need another two legendary items. I'll list those later.
First Age Weapon

The reason you need a swappy is because before a fight starts you will be asked to do "mini-buffs". You will swap your book for those legacies because you don't need them all the time. Swap your trait line into your yellow build, use your skills and swap everything back. I'll go into more detail in Red? Yellow? Blue?
If you run solo and like to deal some DPS smackdown here are the legacies you will probably want.
