Putting Pants On Philip (1929)

Philip (Stan) arrives in America and his uncle (Ollie) is on the quayside to meet him. Philip’s traditional Scottish attire causes quite a stir so his uncle takes him to a tailor to be measured for a pair of trousers. Before they can be put on Philip is off again chasing pretty young flapper Dorothy Coburn.
