Night Owls (1930)

Officer Edgar Kennedy must make an arrest or face the sack after a string of unsolved burglaries on his beat. When he finds Stan and Ollie sleeping on a park bench he makes them an offer they can’t refuse and they set out to burgle a house so that the inept cop can make the arrest to save his job.
