UC Davis Trip - Update - Deadline 9/13/13 - $55 student fee

Hi everyone. I spoke to the Fiscal Office and Student Life, and this is how the trip will play out. We have to have all funds deposited by Friday 9/13. The student cost for the trip will be $55, non-refundable. If you want to go, you will need to bring $55 to the meeting on Friday, 9/13/13. There are only 16 student spots available. These will be first come first served. The officers that have their $55 will be automatically included in the list. The remaining members (if there are more that want to go than remaining spots) will have to enter a lottery (names from hat, etc.). The $55/student funds will need to be deposited in the club account on 9/13/13, and then I will put the trip fees on my credit card. Everyone on the final list will need to fill out and return (to me) the student life travel forms and behavioral agreement forms and emergency contact forms which are all under the resources tab on this site.
