Post date: Sep 18, 2014 11:49:37 PM

Reminder: Pre-Med Club Speaker: Friday, 9/19/2014:

Dr. Mark Zubriski will be speaking about getting into and surviving medical school and residency. The talk will be in NU-101 from 2:30-4PM.

We are very fortunate to have a working physician take time from their busy schedule to talk with us, so I hope you will take this opportunity to get some knowledge from Dr. Zubriski about the application and interview process, what it is like going to medical school, doing rotations and residency and being hired on as a full time physician.

This talk always fills up, so I would arrive early to guarantee a seat.

Dr. Zubriski attended the U of A Medical School in Tucson but transferred to the U of A Phoenix Medical School. While at UA Phoenix, Dr. Zubriski served as the class president. Dr. Zubriski did his residency at the prestigious Johns Hopkins in Baltimore and is currently employed by the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Downtown Phoenix. Dr. Zubriski also teaches classes at the U of A Phoenix Medical School and is on the admissions committee.

Hope to see you there!
