a. Thursday 9/14 from 9am to 1pm

2. UC Davis Trip – No Go

a. San Bernardino, Cal State Conference in January instead

b. Traveling for trips – Beth Ann from Student life stated that we must have Dr. Obermiller present and we also are required to take the school van

4. Silent Auction is a Go!

a. Gala in Navajo Room

b. Possibly end of November on a Friday evening

c. Old Hollywood Theme – Dress up as old movie stars!

d. Black Tie Required

e. Ask businesses to donate items

i. Lasik, Chiro, Make-up, Spa Basket, Massages, Pita Jungle, Other food places, Mesa PD, Mesa Fire, Movie Theatres

f. Invitations

i. Honor Society, Student government, pre-health students, healthcare providers, public safety officers, Mesa PD, Mesa Fire, medical professionals, community members, local business owners, local government officials, other clubs, philanthropic communities (ASU)

g. Food

i. Macarons, popcorn, cider, kombucha, salad, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate fountain, mochi

5. Pharmacist coming to speak at Club Meeting on 9/15/17!
