How To Make A Chocolate Butter Fly

Want to make a beautiful butterfly for your cake or cupcakes?

1. You can either design your own butterfly, or print one out from the internet

2. Melt some chocolate in a bowl, place chocolate in microwave for 1 minute (take it out every 30 seconds and mix) if your chocolate needs more time, add 1 more minute, but please check your chocolate ever 15 seconds, if you don't, your chocolate will burn.

3. when chocolate looks melted, add a few drops of cooking oil on on it (any kind will do** never ever put water drops in your chocolate because it will harden like a rock.

4. Next, put your melted chocolate inside a plastic pastry bag, cut out a tiny hole at the bottom.

5. trace your butterfly with your chocolate, notice the picture below, not all of it was covered, she left some spaces open.

6. When you finish tracing your butterfly , place it in freezer for 10 minutes, it dries real fast.

7. After you take them out of frig, pick up one side of your wings, and connected it with the chocolate from your pastry bag.

Let it set, and your done.** Use plastic wrap to hold both sides together position them exactly like you want your butterfly wings to spread.
