This tutorial was made on November 18, 2014, with an earlier PSP version.
I have used PSPX5 to make my translation;
you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP, but the result might be slightly different.

Let's begin!!

Decompress the zip file, make duplicate copies of the originals. Never work on the originals.
Make your work in a PSPimage so that you can save your work with its multilayers and
save often to avoid loss of time and efforts in case of a PSP crash of some sort.
Save presets by double-clicking on them, they will install themselves in their right place.
Save selections in your My PSP files Selections folder.
Open masks and minimise to tray until requested in the tutorial.

Open the image 'Alpha_Hiver_VSP'
Window - Duplicate then close the original
On your duplicate, Select all
Open the image 'Fond Neige'
Copy/Paste into the selection (the Alpha_Hiver_VSP image is in memory even if we can't see it)
Selection - Select none

Effects - Geometrical effects - Perspective - Vertical -80 with wrap checked
View - Ruler
and with your Pick selection tool, lower the top of the image to Position Y:500

Layers - New raster layer
Selections - Select all
Copy/Paste in the selection the winter scene
Selections - Select none
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur at 25

Copy/Paste as a new layer your duplicate of 'flocon'
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling
Selections - Load/Save from the alpha channel and select selection 1
Selections - Invert
Hit the Delete key or use Scissors
Selection - Select none
Layers - Merge - Merge down
Layers - Arrange - Move down
You should have this now:

Highlight the top layer
Layers - New raster layer
Selections - Load/Save from the alpha channel and select Selection 2
Copy/Paste in the selection your duplicate of 'Paysage hivernal'
Selections - Modify - Select selection borders - Both sides checked and enter 3 for the width
Layer - New raster layer
Flood fill with color 1 #a4a4a4
Adjust - Add noise - Uniform and Monochrome checked and 45%
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow 0 / 0 / 60 / 20 with color black
Layers - Merge - Merge down
Repeat the Drop shadow effect
Selections - Select none

Load, Copy/Paste your duplicate of 'maelledreams-femme124'
Image - Resize at 80% 'Resize all layers' unchecked
Effects - Image effects - Offset with settings -166 / -50
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow 0 / 15 / 60 / 40 with black

Load, Copy/Paste as a new layer your duplicate of 'ours blanc VSP'
Image - Resize at 80% 'Resize all layers' unchecked
Repeat a second time
Effects - Image effects - Offset 273 / -128
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow 0 / 15 / 60 / 40 with color black

Open, Copy/Paste as a new layer your duplicate of 'déco Hiver VSP'
Effects - Image effects - Offset Horizontal 15 and Vertical 247

Image - Add symmetric borders of 3 px with color 2 (black)
Image - Add symmetric borders of 3 px with color 1 #a4a4a4
Selections - Select all
Image - Add symmetric borders of 15 with color 1 #a4a4a4
Selections - Invert
Adjust - Add noise with same settings as before
Selections - Invert
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow 0 / 0 / 60 / 20 with color black
Selections - Select none

Edit - Copy
Selections - Select all
Image - Add symmetric borders of 40 px with color 1 #a4a4a4
Selections - Invert
Edit - Paste in the selection
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur at 10%

Image - Add symmetric borders of 3 px color 2 #ffffff
Selections - Select all
Image - Add symmetric borders of 15 px with color 1 #a4a4a4
Selections - Invert
Adjust - Add noise with the same settings as before
Selections - Invert
Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow with the same settings as before
Selections - Select none

Open, Copy/Paste as a new layer your duplicate of the title 'titre'
It is well placed
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten)
Image - Resize your image at width of 900 'Resize all layers' checked
The height will adjust automatically

Sign and save as jpg or File - Export - As an Optimized jpeg
